Hi, I am Nadine, tattoo artist and a printmaker. I first discovered Cyanotype process when I was looking for alternatives ways to print my photos. And I was instantly hooked, because of very unexpected results and constant experimentation. So I would love to share some of my knowledge and experience with you during QTFA. You will discover the magic of cyanotype process, one of the oldest photographic printing techniques! In this 1 hour workshop, you’ll learn the basic theory behind this beautiful, sun-sensitive process and explore beginner-friendly techniques to create your own unique prints. Using dried flowers, leaves or a ready-to-use photographic negative, you’ll experiment with composition, light and exposure to create your own cyanotype artwork. No previous experience is needed, all materials are provided. You’ll leave with your own handmade prints and a new creative skill to explore.
